ORDERS
An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation and backend validation. YO may cancel orders affected by stock errors, fraud indicators or an inability to fulfil, with an appropriate refund where payment was captured.
PRICING
Prices, discounts, inventory and shipping totals are determined by the backend at checkout. Taxes and currency treatment must be confirmed before launch.
CONTENT
YO names, visuals, campaigns, designs and site content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
LIABILITY
Final limitations, warranties and mandatory consumer protections must be reviewed for every market in which orders are accepted.
